What You'll Be Doing

- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with mining operators, consultancies, contractors, and resource companies, delivering tailored workforce solutions across exploration, production, and mining operations.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, placement, and contractor care for geology, mining, exploration, and technical services professionals.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, expand existing accounts, and develop long-term partnerships across Australia's mining and resources sector.
- Market Advisory: Provide clients and candidates with valuable market insight, including talent trends, workforce planning strategies, and industry developments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues across Australia and the wider APAC region to share knowledge, leverage networks, and deliver exceptional recruitment outcomes.
- Contractor Management: Support and engage contractors throughout their assignments,

What We're Looking For

- Recruitment Experience: Minimum three years' experience within agency recruitment, ideally across mining, resources, engineering, or other technical sectors.
- Commercial Acumen: Proven ability to build, manage, and grow a successful recruitment desk while delivering strong commercial outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Excellent client development, stakeholder engagement,



and candidate management skills.
- Self-Motivation: A proactive and driven approach with the ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the Australian mining market is advantageous, although a genuine interest in the sector and willingness to learn are equally valued.
- Communication Skills: Solid interpersonal and communication abilities with a consultative and customer-focused approach.
