What You'll Be Doing

- Talent Partnership: Build and maintain strong relationships with scientists, laboratory professionals, quality specialists, and technical experts, helping them identify career opportunities aligned to their skills and ambitions.
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy briefing and candidate sourcing through to offer management and successful placement.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop trusted partnerships with existing and prospective clients, acting as a specialist advisor within the scientific recruitment market.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilise job boards, professional networks, referrals, LinkedIn, and market mapping techniques to identify and attract high-quality talent.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on industry trends, workforce developments, and emerging technologies across Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, Biotechnology, Food Science, and Environmental sectors.
- Consultative Advice: Provide market intelligence, salary benchmarking, and recruitment guidance to both clients and candidates.
- Innovative Recruitment Delivery: Apply creative sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices to achieve successful hiring outcomes.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, support growth initiatives, and contribute to the continued success of the Perth business.
- Data Management:



Maintain accurate candidate and client records within internal CRM systems and recruitment databases.

What We're Looking For

- Scientific Qualification: Hold a Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Environmental Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline.
- Relevant Experience: Bring experience from a scientific environment or recruitment setting, with either background considered highly valuable.
