Resthaven Murray Bridge Residential Services is looking for an experienced Coordinator of Hospitality Services to join the team in a full-time leadership role.

What you'll be doing
You'll lead the day-to-day hospitality operation across our residential home overseeing meals, housekeeping, laundry and facility presentation, and the team of staff who deliver all of it. You'll set the standard, coach your people, and make sure every resident's experience is warm, dignified and genuinely personal.
Working closely with the sites leadership team and supporting staff, you'll contribute to menus and meal planning, manage budgets and rosters, oversee food safety compliance, and keep the home running to a high standard. It's a hands-on leadership role not a desk job and no two days look quite the same.

What we're looking for
A proven track record in hospitality operations leadership hotel, motel, club or similar. You understand what good service looks like and how to build a team culture around it. Specifically, we're looking for:
- Strong leadership experience coordinating diverse hospitality teams
- Solid knowledge of food safety legislation and HACCP compliance
- Experience overseeing meals, housekeeping, laundry and facility services
- Ability to manage budgets, rosters and stock control
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of a team
- A genuine warmth and respect for older people
- Food Safety Supervisor certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Aged care experience is a bonus, not a barrier we'll back you through induction
