Tattoo Studio Front of House Receptionist / Studio Coordinator

We're a new, premium tattoo studio in Brisbane, and we're looking for an organised, confident and personable Front of House Receptionist / Studio Coordinator to become an integral part of our team.

n

This is more than a traditional reception role. You'll be the first point of contact for our clients and the person helping keep the studio running smoothly day-to-day. We're looking for someone who is highly organised, confident dealing with people, has great attention to detail and can comfortably juggle multiple tasks in a busy environment.

The role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

Managing client bookings, enquiries and appointments

n

Taking deposits and managing booking payments

n

Coordinating artist schedules and ensuring the day runs smoothly

n

Responding to emails, social media enquiries and client messages

n

Conducting client consultations and helping clients understand the booking process

n

Providing a warm, professional and welcoming experience for every client

n

Managing cancellations, rescheduling and general client communication

n

Responding to and managing Google and social media reviews

n

Maintaining accurate client and booking information

n

Ordering and restocking studio and tattoo supplies

n

Keeping the reception and front-of-house areas organised and presentable

n

Liaising with tattoo artists and assisting with their day-to-day studio needs

n

Helping coordinate stock, deliveries and general studio organisation

n

Assisting with the overall smooth running of the studio

n

About you

n

We're looking for someone who:

n





Is extremely organised and loves keeping things running efficiently

n

Is confident, friendly and professional when dealing with clients

n

Has excellent written and verbal communication skills

n

Has strong attention to detail

n

Can confidently manage multiple bookings, enquiries and tasks at once

n

Is proactive and capable of working independently

n

Is comfortable having conversations with clients and conducting consultations

n

Has a professional and polished presentation

n

Is reliable and flexible

n

Is confident using computers and booking/admin systems

n

Has a genuine interest in the tattoo industry and creative workplace

n

Previous experience in a tattoo studio is a bonus, but absolutely not essential. An understanding of tattooing, the booking process and studio environment would be highly regarded.

Experience with Timely or another booking/point-of-sale system would also be highly regarded.
