Optimum Consulting seeks a data-driven HR Reporting Analyst to turn raw HR data into actionable insights. You’ll own monthly HR metrics, including overtime, leave, turnover and absenteeism, and partner with HR to deliver clear dashboards.
Using PowerBI, data from Chris21, Workday and Excel, you’ll maintain and improve reports, respond to ad hoc requests, and ensure data accuracy across the People function. The role is full time in Brisbane with hybrid work options and a smooth handover to BAU
