Edgewater Homes is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join the Completed Homes Team on a full time parental cover contract, based at the Edgewater Homes office in Smeaton Grange. You’ll coordinate processes and ensure homes are ready for market, while delivering a seamless customer experience.
You will liaise with site supervisors, trades and internal teams, handling documentation, warranty support and post-construction enquiries with a customer-first mindset.
