McArthur is seeking Travel Consultants to join the NSW TrainLink team at Southern Cross Station in Melbourne. The role involves helping passengers with journey planning, ticket purchases, travel information and handling service disruptions across the Travel Centre and platform.

You will need to work autonomously, manage your own workload and use initiative when priorities change. Training may require interstate travel as part of onboarding.
