About the Role

We're seeking multiple experienced Warehouse Operators with current forklift licence (high reach preferred) to join our team in Carole Park & Beenleigh. This is a hands-on roles are critical to the smooth operation of our warehouses, ensuring that goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently. Casual roles with ongoing full-time hours available, with a view to permanent contract after satisfactory probation.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate reach forklifts to move, load, and unload freight
- Accurately pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
- Receive and process inbound shipments
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised warehouse setting
- Assist with stock control and inventory management
- Adhere to all workplace health and safety procedures

Skills & Experience





- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment
- Current valid LF or LO forklift licence with reach forklift experience essential
- Experience with loading linehauls highly regarded
- RF Scanning knowledge required
- Carton Cloud or similar system experience required
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg
- Safety-conscious, proactive, and reliable attitude
- Australian work rights required - please no temporary visa applicants
- National Police Check required
