Job Description

Our client provides specialized spray sealing services, acting as a preventative maintenance solution forroads, car parks, and runwaysby applying a bitumen binder followed by aggregate. Their services include current construction, resealing, and specialized crumb rubber in-field blending using a modern fleet to improve waterproofing, texture, and longevity.

Duties

n

As a Spray Seal/Asphalt Labourer, you will be working with an asphalt crew.

n

n
- Assisting with spray and asphalt operations
n
- Work alongside truck drivers, plant operators, and crew members
n
- General labouring on civil road projects (spotting, site clean up)
n
- Raking and shovelling
n
- Load and unloading materials
n
- Driving MR trucks
n

n





Shift Structure

n

Monday to Friday – 6:30am to 3:30pm

n

What is Required

n

n
- Driver's Licence + reliable transport
n
- MR or HR Driver's license highly desirable!
n
- Construction white card
n
- RII Roller/Skid Steer highly desirable!
n
- Able to pass a pre-employment medical
n
- Willing to work away from home when required
n
- Strong work ethic and reliability
