Bene Aged Care is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Workers to join our team at the St Pauls Residential Facility on a casual basis.

About Your Role

n

- Deliver high-quality personal care and support with daily tasks
n
- Assist residents with hygiene, mobility, and repositioning
n
- Monitor health and wellbeing, reporting any changes to clinical staff
n
- Follow individual care plans and maintain accurate documentation




n
- Promote dignity, respect, and independence for each older person in your care
n

What You'll Bring

Essential:

n

n
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent qualification
n
- Sound understanding of aged care standards and person-centred care principles
n
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable nature
n
- Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
n

Desirable:

n

n
- Previous experience in a residential aged care setting
n
- Italian language skills (advantageous, though not essential)
n
