As a Health Insurance Consultant, you'll join one of Australia's largest, most recognised and trusted comparison brands as they continue to grow their Brisbane CBD team.

This is a household name with a strong reputation built on trust, and the role is much more customer service and consulting than hard-core sales. You'll have honest conversations with customers, understand what they actually need and help them make the right decision - not push them into products that aren't right for them.

The Role

- Manage a mix of inbound and outbound health insurance enquiries
- Speak with high-quality warm leads generated through a nationally recognised brand
- Understand customers' needs and provide suitable health insurance options
- Have genuine, consultative conversations rather than using a hard-sell approach
- Use evolving technology, AI tools and new systems designed to make the consultant experience easier

The Benefits

- $75,000 - $80,000 + super + uncapped commission
- Start date: 6th October | Fortnightly pay
- Brisbane CBD - close to Central Station
- Monday to Friday with flexibility around hours

About You

- Direct private health fund or aggregator sales experience would be ideal
- Broader insurance experience will also be considered
- A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
- Comfortable working towards targets without relying on aggressive sales tactics
- Someone who enjoys being part of a social, energetic team
- Keen to join a growing division where you can have an impact
