Job Description

Andaz Gold Coast is seeking a warm, confident Head Barista to lead our coffee program and deliver memorable guest experiences across our venues.

n

You will train the barista team, maintain equipment, craft espresso and filter coffees, and partner with floor and kitchen colleagues to shape the guest journey.

n

The role requires leadership, passion for specialty coffee, flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays, and a current Australian food safety certificate.
