In this role, you will work closely with our internal teams to ensure optimal staffing coverage across our 24/7 aged care services. Using your strong communication and problem-solving skills, you will coordinate staff absence coverage, manage roster adjustments, and respond proactively to changing workforce needs.

The requirements | What it takes to do this work
- The availability to work within the hours of 12:30pm- 8pm Thursday - Sunday
- High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced and multidisciplinary industry
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy setting, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles
- Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and Time Capture systems including experience undertaking system administration functions to keep the Rostering system up to date
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
