Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking experienced Forklift Operators to join our team working with one of our valued clients.

About the Role

Your duties may include:

- Operating forklifts safely and efficiently
- Completing pre-start checks on forklifts and equipment
- Checking loads to ensure they are secure
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving palletised and crated goods throughout warehouse and storage areas
- Examining and inspecting containers, materials and products to ensure packing requirements are met
- Stacking goods in designated storage bays in accordance with stock control instructions
- Stacking and relocating empty pallets
- Unpacking and packing products
- Working with warehouse racking systems
- General warehouse duties as required
- Rotating between forklift operation and product packing duties

Roster & Hours

Operations run Monday to Sunday, with start and finish times varying depending on the section you are working in.

Roster arrangements may include:

- 12-hour Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- 12-hour Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
- 8-hour Day Shift: 6:00am - 2:30pm

Applicants must be available to work the roster requirements applicable to their assigned work area.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful, you will require:

- Current Forklift Licence
- Previous forklift and/or warehouse experience
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Ability to undertake manual handling and general warehouse duties




- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to work across different tasks as required
- Ability to meet site and role requirements

Some work areas require employees to wear a fitted respirator. Candidates assigned to these areas must be able to achieve an appropriate respirator seal and meet the site's facial-hair requirements.

Please note: The role has a site/equipment requirement of under 120kg.
