Troocoo Healthcare is currently seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for an ongoing permanent opportunity within an aged care setting in Yackandandah, VIC.
This role offers 4 night shifts per fortnight on an ongoing basis, making it a great opportunity for an RN looking for consistent hours and a permanent position within aged care.
About the Role
- Permanent ongoing position

- Provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents
- Work collaboratively with care and clinical teams
- Monitor residents' health and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care records
About You We are looking for an RN who:
- Holds current AHPRA registration
- Has experience working in aged care, or a strong interest in the sector
- Is confident working night shifts
- Has solid clinical assessment and communication skills
- Is reliable, compassionate and resident-focused
- Can work independently while contributing positively to the wider team
- Has current and valid compliance documentation
