Landscape Labourers (Entry Level & Experienced Required)
Location: Clarkson
Pay Rate: $35/Hr + Penalties + Super (Higher rates available for candidates with mowing, team leader or traffic control experience)
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing
Job Duties: Assisting Leading Hands and the wider team with mowing, gardening and horticultural activities, operating mowers or tractors where appropriately experienced and qualified and maintaining work areas and assisting with general site duties.
Tractor Operators
Location: Carabooda
Pay Rate: $35/Hr - $40/Hr + Penalties + Super
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM or 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing
Job Duties: Operating tractors with attachments like slashers and reach mowers to cut grass, clear weeds, and manage roadside or large-garden vegetation, plowing, leveling, or cultivating soil to prepare garden beds, turf areas, or new planting zone, performing general labouring duties across ongoing streetscape projects, supporting mowing, gardening and horticultural activities where required.
Mower Operators
Location: Canning Vale
Pay Rate: $35.35/Hr + Penalties + Super
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing
Job Duties: Operating mowers to maintain parks, gardens, and public open spaces, assisting with general grounds and landscape maintenance, using gardening equipment including whipper snippers,
blowers, and edgers, supporting the team with garden clean-ups and outdoor maintenance projects
Landscape Water Truck Operator
Location: All Across Perth (take the truck home - mainly SOR projects)
Pay Rate: $38/Hr + Penalties + Super
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 40 Hour Week (flexible start & finish times between 6am - 7am starts)
Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing
Job Duties: Operating a HR Water Truck for horticultural applications, with a mix of in-truck watering and hosing via foot, driving a HR watering truck to maintain street trees, turf and revegetation, using onboard systems and navigation tools, follow scheduled watering routes efficiently, completing daily reporting and recording field observations, carefully hand watering of trees and shrubs, support seasonal planting and maintenance activities.
Maintenance Leading Hands
Location: Clarkson & Cambridge
Pay Rate: $40/Hr + Penalties + Super
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 3 PM
Start: ASAP Start Available, ongoing
Job Duties: Supervising approx. 1-2 offsiders and coordinating ongoing maintenance works across various projects, leading and supporting turf and horticulture teams to ensure works are completed efficiently and to a high standard, assisting with the day-to-day management and coordination of teams.
Construction Assistant
Location: Baldivis
Pay Rate: $35 - $40/Hr + Penalties + Super
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
Start: ASAP Start Available
Job Duties: Working on various commercial construction projects and completing the below duties, curb, concrete and paving preparation, using a laser level, limestone wall preparation, installing turf and gardens and any other general labouring duties as required.
Construction Team Leader
Location: Baldivis
Pay Rate: $37- 40/Hr + Penalties + Super
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 3 PM
Start: ASAP Start Available
Job Duties: Overseeing a team of 3 labourers to perform landscape construction duties, reading project plans, coordinate day-to-day site activities, materials, deliveries and subcontractors, helping train and develop junior staff.
Requirement for all roles:
- Drivers Licence and a reliable car
- Construction White Card
- Full Australian working rights and available immediately
