About the opportunity:
Support the delivery and promotion of House and Land packages by working closely with developers, internal stakeholders. This is a fast-paced coordination role focused on administration, coordination and ensuring House and Land opportunities are accurate. Your key focus will be:
• Coordinate and maintain House and Land package listings and stock availability.
• Manage developer relationships and maintain accurate land and registration data.
• Ensure House and Land marketing materials, pricing and package information remain up to date.
• Provide administrative support to the House and Land and Sales teams.




• Build and monitor House and Land packages for Sales Consultants.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support business decisions.
• Assist with developer events, meetings and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer and sales experience.
• Based in our office in Thornton. Monday – Friday
About you:
You will share a passion for our purpose to build better futures and be aligned to our core values of Better Together, Think Bigger, Be Accountable and People Matter. In addition, you will demonstrate:
• Previous administration, sales support or coordination experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in residential construction, property or real estate will be highly regarded.
