Licences 4 Work is currently seeking First Aid and White Card Trainersto join our team at our Newcastle training facility.

With continued growth across the business, we are looking for a motivated and experienced professional to deliver high-quality training and assessment across a range of nationally recognised high-risk and safety courses. Whether you are already working as a trainer or are an experienced industry professional ready to transition into training, we want to hear from you.

The following courses are currently on scope:

- Provide First Aid (HLTAID009 - 012)
n
- Apply WHS requirements, policies and procedures in the construction industry (CPCCWHS2001)
n

n

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Deliver engaging, practical and industry-relevant training and assessment
n
- Ensure all training is delivered in line with industry standards, safety requirements and RTO compliance obligations
n




- Maintain accurate and up-to-date training and assessment records
n
- Support learners through quality training, assessment and feedback
n
- Keep current with industry practices, legislation, equipment updates and best practice
n
- Travel to client sites as required, including occasional work away from home
n

What You'll Need

n

n
- Competency in at least one of the units listed above
n
- TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent
n
- Demonstrated relevant industry experience, with the ability to show current industry skills and knowledge
n
- Experience delivering training in a formal training environment
n
- Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills
n
- A professional, reliable and learner-focused approach
n
