WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Importantly, we are looking for someone who wants to commit, contribute and grow with us long‑term and play a part in Oceania Power's aspirational and progressive future.

Someone who is:

Reliable and team‑oriented with a strong work ethic. You show up, follow through and take pride in doing a job properly.

Parts interpreting qualification or trade qualification, with relevant parts, sales or warehousing experience in marine inboards or outboards, industrial equipment, machinery, automotive,



or agriculture sectors.

OR the commitment to build a career in this space, including a mechanic or mechanical apprentice looking to get off the tools.

Excellent phone manner and communication skills, with a customer‑service focus.

Organised and proactive, comfortable learning systems and processes, with strong administrative and computer skills.

An eye for detail, and the desire to learn, grow and develop - creating opportunity and driving success.

WHAT YOU WILL DELIVER

Interpret parts enquiries by phone, email, eCom and at the counter, and identify the right part first time

Prepare quotes, identify sales opportunities and process orders from enquiry through to invoicing and delivery

Manage inventory, receive and organise stock, and pick, pack and dispatch orders

Support customers and dealers, including Argus cases and order status updates

Maintain a clean, safe and efficient workspace

Be a reliable part of a team that depends on each other and delivers together.
