As we continue to grow and explore global opportunities, we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Clinical Operations team. The position will appeal to a system savvy professional with a science background and a strong customer focus. The role is based within our dynamic team environment at our Macquarie Park Head Office, adaptable work arrangements can be considered post completion of training.

The Opportunity

Responsibilities include:

- Support Associate Project Managers, Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with study set up and maintenance
- Simple study set up and on-going maintenance
- Act as primary point of contact at Sonic Clinical Trials for assigned studies




- Liaises with internal and external stakeholders for ongoing support throughout study setup and maintenance.

About You

- Tertiary Education in Biomedical Science or Science or related field preferred (or a minimum of 8 years' experience in a central laboratory setting)
- Must have a minimum 2 years experience in a customer support role within the health, pathology, pharmaceutical or clinical trials industry
- Understanding of the clinical trials industry and central laboratory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Aptitude for problem solving and troubleshooting
- Time management and organisational skills
- Strong Microsoft applications skills
- Commitment to high quality work and customer service
- Self-motivated, with a high attention to detail, ability to be flexible, and a willingness to display initiative
- Interest in laboratory science and diagnostic pathology

Background checks, including a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check, will be required prior to commencement.
