Clean Force is looking for a reliable and motivated Casual Grounds & Maintenance Worker to join our team in Heidelberg.

n

This is a wide-ranging, hands-on role where no two days are necessarily the same. You'll work across grounds maintenance, landscaping and general site maintenance, helping keep our client sites looking their best.

n

If you have experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, mowing or general outdoor labouring, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

n

Your work may include:

n

n
- Mowing lawns, including large-scale mowing and slashing
n
- Brush cutting, pruning and general vegetation management
n
- Preparing and maintaining garden areas
n
- Planting and caring for plants, trees and shrubs
n
- Weed spraying and the safe use of garden chemicals
n
- General landscaping and grounds maintenance
n
- Removing garden waste and keeping sites clean and tidy
n
- Operating and caring for grounds maintenance equipment
n
- Driving between sites and towing a trailer as required
n

The role is active and physical, so you'll need to be comfortable working outdoors and undertaking manual work.

What we're looking for:

We're looking for someone who is reliable, safety-conscious and happy to get stuck in.

About you:

n

n
- A current driver's licence and your own reliable transport (essential)
n




- Confidence working outdoors and undertaking physical/manual tasks
n
- The ability to follow instructions and work safely
n
- Good reliability, punctuality and attention to detail
n
- The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
n
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, landscaping, gardening, vegetation management, civil maintenance or a similar hands-on role will be highly regarded
n
- Experience operating mowing, slashing, brush cutting or landscaping equipment and towing a trailer would also be an advantage.
