About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Speech Pathologist to launch their career in a supportive and well-structured setting. Based in Preston, VIC , you will be supported through a comprehensive New Graduate Program designed to build your clinical skills and confidence.

Key responsibilities

- Provide assessment and therapy for communication, speech, language, and swallowing needs
- Deliver evidence-based interventions with ongoing supervision and mentoring




- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Build strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
- Maintain accurate documentation aligned with SPA and NDIS requirements

Requirements

- SPA Registration (or eligibility upon graduation) A proactive, enthusiastic learner ready to grow
- Strong communication skills and a passion for client outcomes Willingness to complete NDIS Worker Screening and WWCC Interest in paediatrics or disability services is welcomed but not essential
