We’re recruiting for permanent full-time, positions as well as casuals. You’ll be based locally (or willing to relocate to) in or around Rockhampton, with flexibility to travel as required.

About the role

As a Level 3 Lead Technician or Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in:

- Leading complex rope access operations
- Supervising multi-skill crews across QLD and NSW
- Overseeing rigging, rescue planning and compliance
- Delivering high-level inspections, maintenance and technical support
- Supporting specialist work scopes including NDT, welding, confined space and industrial maintenance

What we’re looking for

- IRATA / SPRAT Level 3 certification
- Completion of a relevant trade qualification
- Minimum 3+ years’ rope access leadership experience
- Proven leadership capability, with strong communication and problem-solving skills across a diverse workforce
- A humble, grounded approach and genuine team-first mindset
- A proactive, driven attitude with a hunger for continuous development
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to read people and situations effectively
- A collaborative approach, with the ability to support, mentor and elevate other

For Level 1 & 2 Technicians:

- IRATA / SPRAT Level 1 or 2 certification
- A genuine drive to progress towards Level 3 and take on more responsibility
- Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn from senior crew
