Clinical Care Coordinator - Bankstown

We are looking for a dedicated clinical leader to bring stability, consistency, and best-practice care to the community. Reporting directly to the Care Manager, and backed by strong, ongoing support from a national Quality Team and Head Office.

As the Clinical Care Coordinator, you will lead the Registered Nurse team clinically, with a heavy focus on education, auditing, and quality improvement.

Requirements

- Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver staff education, conduct clinical audits, and analyze data to implement corrective actions.
- Current National Police Certificate and Australian working rights.
- Qualifications in workplace training and assessment, clinical education, IPC, or quality management. Experience providing clinical turnaround support in a complex environment is highly regarded.
