To be successful you must have the following:

- 5+ years' experience as a Contracts Administrator within commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement and project financial management
- Proven experience managing subcontractors, variations, progress claims and project costs
- Strong working knowledge of Australian Standard contracts
- Experience taking on Project Management duties or assisting with the delivery of projects
- Robust working knowledge of construction software,



with Jonas Premier highly regarded
- Relevant construction, quantity surveying or engineering qualifications preferred

Working alongside experienced construction professionals, you'll take ownership of the commercial side of your projects while gaining further exposure to Project Management responsibilities. This role is ideal for an experienced Contracts Administrator who is settled in their CA career but is looking for the opportunity to take the next step, broaden their project delivery experience and work towards a Project Manager position.
