About the Role
We are seeking a Paediatric Psychologist to join a well-established multidisciplinary paediatric therapy practice in Melbourne's West, VIC. The practice provides Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Mental Health and Physiotherapy services to children and their families, delivering high-quality, family-centred care that supports children to participate and thrive within their communities. You will work as part of a supportive, multidisciplinary team providing assessment and therapy services to children with a range of developmental needs, collaborating closely with families, educators and community services to deliver goal-directed, meaningful interventions. A structured induction, ongoing supervision and targeted professional development will build your skills and confidence in paediatric psychology.

- Provide assessment and goal directed therapy services to children with a range of developmental needs
- Deliver individual, group, community and education sessions across a varied caseload
- Collaborate closely with families, educators and community services
- Provide consultations to kindergartens, schools and community services
- Work proactively within a supportive multidisciplinary team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation with full admin support

About You

- Qualifications in Psychology
- Current AHPRA registration
- Board certification with the Psychology Board of Australia
- Enjoys working with children and families
- Builds rapport easily and communicates clearly with families and stakeholders
- Applies sound clinical reasoning to assessment and goal-directed intervention
- Comfortable providing consultations to kindergartens, schools and community services
- Works proactively while valuing regular supervision, feedback and team connection
- Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Driver's licence and vehicle
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
