- Salary from $75,000 to $110,000 + super, depending on experience

The role You’ll support clients recovering from workplace and non-work-related injuries, helping them achieve sustainable return-to-work and rehabilitation outcomes.
Your role will include:

- Managing a varied rehabilitation caseload
- Developing return-to-work and injury management plans
- Functional Capacity Evaluations
- Worksite and ergonomic assessments
- Activities of Daily Living assessments
- Liaising with employers, insurers and treatment providers




- Supporting clients with vocational and employment pathways
- Building strong stakeholder relationships
- Working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

This role offers plenty of variety and the opportunity to develop beyond traditional case management over time, including exposure to account management, business development and regional growth opportunities.

About you You’ll be qualified in one of the following:

- Occupational Therapy
- Physiotherapy
- Exercise Physiology

You’ll also hold relevant AHPRA registration or ESSA accreditation.
Previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience would be highly regarded, however clinicians looking to transition into the sector and strong graduates are also encouraged to apply.
