We're seeking a Registered Psychologist to join a supportive multidisciplinary inpatient mental health team, delivering evidence-based psychological interventions in both group and individual settings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a psychologist who enjoys facilitating therapeutic groups, working collaboratively with psychiatrists and allied health professionals and making a genuine impact on patient outcomes.

About the Role
As part of a multidisciplinary inpatient team, you'll deliver evidence-based psychological services to adults experiencing a range of mental health conditions.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Facilitate evidence-based therapeutic group programs
- Provide individual psychological assessment and intervention
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and prepare clinical reports
- Develop case formulations and treatment plans alongside psychiatrists
- Deliver CBT and other evidence-based therapies
- Manage a clinical caseload of inpatient clients
- Participate in multidisciplinary case reviews and discharge planning
- Provide education and support to patients throughout their recovery journey
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records

About You
To be successful you will have:





- AHPRA registration as a Registered or Clinical Psychologist
- Experience working within mental health settings
- Strong assessment, formulation and report writing skills
- Experience facilitating therapeutic groups (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapies including CBT
- Excellent communication and multidisciplinary teamwork skills
- A compassionate, recovery-focused approach to patient care
