A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a Solicitor or Associate to join its established and growing Insurance Litigation team based in Sydney.
This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer with at least 1 year post-admission experience who is looking to further develop their expertise in insurance litigation within a supportive, collaborative, and well-resourced environment.

The Role You will work on a broad range of insurance litigation matters, including:

- Public liability
- Product liability
- Professional indemnity
- General insurance disputes

This role offers the opportunity to:

- Manage your own matters with appropriate supervision
- Work closely with insurer and corporate clients
- Develop litigation strategy and advisory skills
- Gain direct client exposure
- Receive strong mentoring from experienced senior practitioners

About You To be considered, you will have:





- Minimum 2 years post-admission experience in insurance litigation or general litigation
- Strong interest in insurance law
- Excellent drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Proactive mindset and solid work ethic

Lawyers with general litigation experience and an interest in transitioning into insurance litigation are encouraged to apply.
