What You’ll Be Doing

- Manage daily workflows, priorities, and resourcing for the survey team
- Review survey data, drawings, and reports prior to final sign-off
- Provide technical guidance and support on complex survey queries
- Mentor and develop junior and intermediate surveyors
- Ensure work is delivered accurately, consistently, and on time
- Help refine systems, processes, and team capability

- Proven ability to review and approve survey work
- Confident, approachable leadership style
- Well-organised and comfortable managing people and workloads

This role is ideal for a Senior Surveyor who’s ready to step into leadership while staying closely involved in the technical side of the work.

As Survey Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of the survey team, review and approve work, and support the development of junior and mid-level surveyors. Senior leadership manages tenders and pricing, so your focus stays on quality, delivery, and leading the team well.

The position is office-based, Monday to Friday, with a 7:00am start — offering structure, stability, and a long-term role you can settle into.
