Machinery Supervisor
We are looking for Full-time Machinery Supervisor to join our packaging team at Brisbane Markets. The key responsibilities are:

- Supervising and coordinating staff in packaging line operating packing and grading machinery for production.
- Conducting machinery inspections, performing minor maintenance ensuring efficient performance.
- Daily production planning, scheduling.
- Monitoring workflow, quality, packing & machinery performance.
- Verify fruit quality and compliance with export standards, while maintaining production and quality documentation.
- Identify and report on machine faults and implement corrective actions.
- Conduct quality control inspections, grading and reporting.
- Maintain production records including downtime and traceability reports.
- Ensured adherence to workplace safety and hygiene standards.

Salary range: $79,000 to $89,000

Facility Supervisor
We are looking for Full-time Facility Supervisor to join our packaging team at Brisbane Markets. The key responsibilities are:

- Ensure correct handling of product to meet customers’ requirements including grading, packing, cool chain, hygiene, and despatch.




- Work with Harvest Supervisor/Maintenance Manager/Despatch Manager to ensure all operations are efficiently and successfully carried out to horticultural standards.
- Ensure all Quality Assurance records are correct, allowing for complete traceability.
- Manage correct cool chain when handling and despatch of product as instructed.
- Ensure all personnel are trained and performing as per standard procedure.
- Ensure all waste products are handled as per standard procedure
- Ensure all despatches are as per standard procedure

Salary range: $79,000 to $89,000

Forklift Driver
We are looking for a Full-time Forklift Driver to join our packaging team at Brisbane Markets. In this role you will be working in a fast-paced environment and your responsibilities will include:

- Loading and unloading stock ensure it is allocated and stored correctly.
- Complete final checks on deliveries ensuring the correct stock and quantity are being delivered
- Palletising products and preparing them for dispatch
- Assist with general cleaning and tidying of the wholesale area
- Ensure all forklifts and equipment are maintained, and serviced accordingly

Salary range: $79,000 to $89,000

About you
We're looking for candidates who share our values and passion to contribute to the success of our table grape and citrus farming operations. To be successful you will have the following skills and experience:

- Prior experience managing, leading or supervising on a horticulture farm, including experience in overseeing labour, growing, irrigation, and working to financial outcomes.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team.
- A strong drive to achieve and a passion for farming.
- A background in agronomy, irrigation, table grapes, or citrus will be highly regarded.
- Prior experience operating a tractor and other farm machinery will be highly regarded.
- Comprehensive knowledge of horticulture practices.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve.
- Physical fitness and ability to work in varying weather conditions.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both in teams and independently.
