Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain the AMP06006 Stage 2 systems engineering plan (SEMP) and test and evaluation master plan (TEMP) including needs, requirements and test plans for the prototyping activity.
- Prepare and undertake the necessary requirements, design and test readiness reviews related to the ISA prototyping activity
- Engage with external engineering and technical stakeholders to understand technology solutions and frame ISA strategic direction and outcomes
- Oversee engineering process alignment and governance within the ISANO product lines, in accordance with Modelling and Standards Program Management Office, LNIC's EMS, Army and CASG engineering policies.
- Support the ISANO project manager to prepare written reports and presentations relating to the project, including:
- Fortnightly project status reports for Director LNIC; and
- Monthly project SITREP to Army Minors Project team
- Provide technical support and engineering advice to the ISANO
- Identify and manage technical risk, escalating to SO2 Modelling and Standards when this has potential to impact Design Team business outcomes.

Candidate is expected to:

- Provide specialist expertise aligned to the nominated panel skillset and labour category.
- Perform duties and responsibilities detailed within the Duty Statement.
- Deliver agreed work packages, tasks, and project outcomes within required timeframes.
- Produce and maintain required documentation, reports, technical artefacts, and records.
- Participate in meetings, workshops, stakeholder engagements, and governance activities as required.




- Provide skilled advice, analysis, recommendations, and support relevant to the role.
- Comply with Defence policies, procedures, security requirements, and workplace health and safety obligations.
- Support knowledge transfer, handover activities, and continuity of capability where required.
- Contribute to the achievement of LNIC objectives and support Land Capability outcomes.

SFIA Skills Sought:
The management of the lifecycle for all managed assets (hardware, software, intellectual property, licences, warranties etc) including security, inventory, compliance, usage and disposal, aiming to protect and secure the corporate assets portfolio, optimise the total cost of ownership and sustainability by minimising operating costs, improving investment decisions and capitalising on potential opportunities. Knowledge and use of international standards for asset management and close integration with security, change, and configuration management are examples of enhanced asset management development.

ASMG Level 5:
Manages and maintains the service compliance of all IT and service assets in line with business and regulatory requirements involving knowledge of financial and technical processes, tools and techniques. Identifies, assesses and communicates associated risks. Ensures asset controllers, infrastructure teams and the business co-ordinate and optimise value, maintain control and maintain appropriate legal compliance.
