This is a permanent part-time opportunities offering 33–35 hours per week, with the prospect to step into a genuine leadership role while continuing to work directly with children and educators.

About the role:

Working alongside an experienced Coordinator, you will help oversee the day-to-day running of the service and support educators to deliver engaging programs for school-aged children.
You will be involved in:





- Supporting the Coordinator with daily service operations
- Leading, mentoring and supporting educators
- Helping deliver engaging before and after school programs
- Supporting compliance, documentation and quality improvement
- Building positive relationships with children, families and the school community
- Assisting with rostering, organisation and daily service requirements
- Stepping up and supporting the Coordinator when required

What we're looking for:

- Previous leadership, mentoring or senior educator experience within OSHC or Early Childhood
- Confidence supporting and guiding a team
- A sound understanding of programming and the National Quality Framework
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A current WWCC
- Relevant first aid qualifications
