About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Plant Operators (nec) to join a leading WA turf renovation and agricultural-style operations team. You will operate modern turf and mobile plant machinery across multiple sites supporting turf production, renovation, and grounds maintenance works.
This is a stable, full-time permanent opportunity offering long-term employment in a progressive, safety-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate mobile plant machinery such as tractors, loaders, ride-on mowers, and turf renovation equipment
- Perform turf maintenance and renovation activities including mowing, scarifying, verti-mowing,



aeration, and topdressing
- Assist with turf installation and sports field preparation works
- Load, transport, and distribute soil, sand, mulch, and turf materials
- Conduct routine pre-start checks and basic maintenance of machinery
- Follow strict workplace health and safety procedures
- Report faults, hazards, and equipment issues to supervisors
- Support general turf and field maintenance operations

Qualifications & Requirements

- AQF Certificate II or III in a relevant field OR
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Experience operating mobile plant or agricultural machinery
- Strong understanding of workplace safety procedures
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying conditions
- Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious

Salary & Benefits
