The Opportunity

As a Business Optimisation Analyst, you'll be responsible for understanding how work is currently performed, identifying opportunities for improvement and helping design better ways of working.
You'll work closely with operational teams, stakeholders and system owners to ensure process and technology improvements deliver measurable business advantages.

Key areas of focus include:

- Analysing and improving end-to-end operational processes.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder discovery sessions.
- Developing As-Is and To-Be process maps and workflow documentation.
- Gathering and documenting business requirements.




- Supporting CRM, contact centre and digital platform enhancements.
- Coordinating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Using operational data and insights to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Contributing to automation, AI and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting business case development and benefits realisation activities.

About You

You may currently be working as a:

- Business Analyst
- Business Systems Analyst
- Process Improvement Analyst
- Operational Excellence Analyst
- Continuous Improvement Specialist
- Transformation Analyst

You'll bring:

- Experience in business analysis, process improvement or operational transformation.
- Strong process mapping capability, including As-Is and To-Be documentation.
- Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- UAT planning and execution experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Experience working with enterprise platforms such as CRM, customer service or contact centre systems.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
