What You’ll Bring:

- Prior experience as a Practice Manager or Senior Receptionist in a general practice setting




- Strong working knowledge of Best Practice software
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage day-to-day operations, staff rosters, patient flow, and compliance
- A calm, solutions-focused mindset and genuine care for patients and staff

What You’ll Do:

- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the practice
- Lead and support reception and administrative staff
- Manage human recourses
- Liaise with GPs, nurses, allied health, and
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and policies
- Do staff rosters and pays
