What You’ll Drive
The Assistant Manager will lead the planning, implementation and evaluation of student lifecycle initiatives and services which support achievement of the strategic objectives of the TAFE SA Student Experience. Through the efficient and effective management of operations, leading improvement initiatives, and formulating service design, the Assistant Manager will deliver a program work that ensures consistency of service, considers future and emerging service needs, and provides support for the Manager.
The Skills You Bring
- Experience leading customer service or service delivery operations.
- Strong coaching and people leadership skills with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- The ability to use data and customer insights to drive service improvements.
- Highly developed communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Demonstrated experience managing competing priorities and leading change in a energetic environment.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and improving outcomes for students.
What You Need to Know
A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
