Position Title: Quality and Risk ManagerEmployment Type: Fixed Term Contract Part time 64 hours per fortnight (Back fill 12 months Parental Leave)Classification: Negotiable dependent on qualifications and/or experienceThis RoleHeathcote Health is inviting applications for an enthusiastic and experienced health professional to fill the role of the Quality and Risk Manager for the organisation.The primary purpose of the Quality and Risk Manager is to provide leadership and support for the Quality Program in conjunction with the Executive Leadership Team. Heathcote Health's quality and risk systems include accreditation, clinical indicators, clinical auditing, feedback management, policies and procedures, incident and hazard management, risk management legislative compliance, and continuous quality improvement.The Quality and Risk Manager coordinates and oversees all quality-related activities in collaboration with the Director of Clinical Services as well as overseeing all risk-related activities in collaboration with the Director of Corporate Business.The Quality and Risk Manager is responsible for providing supervision and support to the Quality Officer.The successful applicant must be able to work within a team environment with excellent communication skills along with knowledge of our IT systems.Culture and BenefitsLocated a short drive from Bendigo and Melbourne, Heathcote is a renowned centre for its regional food and wine culture.
