What you'll be doing:

n

- Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning experiences
n
- Building genuine, trusting relationships with children and their families
n




- Working collaboratively as part of a supportive educator team
n
- Contributing to a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment
n
- Observing, documenting, and supporting each child's individual development
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Educators & Room Leaders with either a Certificate III, Diploma, or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching (ECT)
n
- Minimum 2+ years' industry experience
n
- Full working rights (student visas will not be considered for this role)
n
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
n
- Solid communication and teamwork skills
n
- Current Working with Children Check
n
- Child Protection & Child Safety Training
n
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certification
n
