About the role

n

This is a varied internal sales role where you'll work closely with customers, suppliers, warehouse staff and external sales representatives to deliver practical solutions and great service.

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

- Preparing quotations and processing customer orders
n
- Providing outstanding customer service
n
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
n
- Assisting customers with product selection and solutions
n




- Working closely with sales and warehouse teams
n
- Identifying opportunities to add value and grow customer accounts
n

n

About you

n

You don't necessarily need HVAC experience. What matters most is your attitude, customer focus and willingness to learn.

n

You may currently be working in HVAC, electrical or plumbing wholesale, building products, internal sales, customer service or another trade supply environment.

n

You'll likely have:

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- A positive and practical attitude
n
- Good organisational and computer skills
n
- The willingness to learn products and develop your career
n

n

Previous HVAC or trade wholesale experience will be highly regarded, but it is not essential.
