Job Description

Pullman & Mercure Melbourne Albert Park (Accor) is seeking a Business Development Manager for MICE on a fixed-term 12-month parental leave cover. The role focuses on sourcing current corporate business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue in the conference and events sector.

You will work to promote the destination, collaborate with Sales & Marketing, and maximise returns from both new and existing accounts across our conference, events, and room-night offerings.
