Joblink Plus is seeking an organised Administration & Facilities Officer to support day-to-day operations across training facilities and workplaces. The role combines administration, customer service and facilities coordination to manage room bookings, setup and site presentation.
You will liaise with trainers, participants and contractors, prepare rooms for events, coordinate catering and AV/IT needs, and maintain shared spaces to a high standard while supporting general facilities tasks.
