The Opportunity

n

As a Christmas Casual Retail Sales Assistant, you'll help keep the store running smoothly during our busiest period. You'll unpack and process stock, replenish shelves, maintain store presentation and assist customers.

n

Availability is ESSENTIAL

n

Broad and flexible availability across October, November, December and January is essential, including both weekdays and weekends.

n

As this is our busiest trading period, shifts may include early starts from 7am, late-night and extended trading, weekends and public holidays, with additional shifts required during peak periods.

n

Your Responsibilities

- Unpack, process and replenish high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
n
- Assist customers with friendly,



helpful service

- Support daily store operations, including opening and closing
n

About You

n

You're energetic, reliable and thrive in a busy, hands-on environment. You're equally comfortable working independently and taking initiative, or contributing as part of a small, collaborative team.

n

You'll bring

n

- Experience in fast-paced retail, customer service or warehouse environments
n
- The ability to process high volumes of stock quickly and accurately
n
- A positive, proactive attitude and confidence working alone
n
- Strong communication and customer service skills
n
- Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office Suite
n
