We are seeking aprofessional, organised and enthusiastic individual to provide administrativeservices to our hospital! Permanent full-timeopportunity.

This role will have you supporting our administration team on a rotating roster between pre-admission and reception, with shifts ranging from 6am-10pm, Monday to Sunday.

About You

n

This role requires someone who can remain calm, organised and resilientin a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.

n

You will also bring the following:

n

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a broad range of staff - both clinical and administrative
n
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is not essential but highly desirable
n
- Must be available to work a rotating roster including mornings,nights and weekends
n
- Strong problem-solving skills
n
- Exceptional customer service abilities
n
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
n




- High level of attention to detail
n
- Strong computer literacy - the ability to navigate multiple IT systems quickly and accurately
n
- Ability towork autonomously
n
- Experience with hospital patient administration systems or private practice software (desirable)
n
- Understanding of private health insurance and patient billing (desirable)

Remuneration: On offer is an hourly rate of$30.43 - $31.73+ superannuation, based on experience.
