Job Description

Canberra Medicare Mental Health Centre is seeking a Social and Emotional Wellbeing Worker (SEWB) to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander adults across Canberra and Tuggeranong. You will provide culturally protected psychosocial support, care coordination and advocacy within a multidisciplinary team.

In this fixed-term 12-month contract, you will engage with communities, coordinate referrals and contribute to program development and quality improvement, aligning with TMH values and service
