We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead a critical warehouse and distribution operation serving customers across the livestock industry. Responsibilities

- Lead the daily warehouse and dispatch operations.
- Supervise and coordinate warehouse team activities.




- Plan workloads and ensure operational priorities are completed safely and efficiently.
- Support picking, packing, dispatch, customer pickups, and freight activities.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock control, cycle counts, and physical inventory counts.
- Coordinate couriers, freight providers, imports, and incoming shipments.
- Ensure accurate documentation, traceability, and recordkeeping.
- Drive safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across the operation.

Qualifications

- Previous leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain setting.
- Strong experience managing warehouse operations, inventory control, and dispatch activities.
- Proven ability to lead teams and achieve operational results through others.
- Experience improving processes, driving efficiency, and maintaining high operational standards.
- Ability to manage competing priorities while making sound decisions under pressure.
- Experience using warehouse, inventory, or business management systems.
- A hands-on leadership style with a willingness to work alongside your team when needed.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
