Registered Midwife Responsibilities As a Registered Midwife, you will:
• Deliver secure, evidence-based maternity care
• Support women through pregnancy, labour, birth and postnatal care
• Perform maternal and fetal assessments and monitoring
• Provide education on newborn care and breastfeeding
• Respond confidently to maternity emergencies




• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and care plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver exceptional patient outcomes

Registered Midwife Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Midwife
• Minimum 18 months recent midwifery experience
• Recent experience in Birth Suite, Antenatal and/or Postnatal settings
• Strong clinical and assessment skills
• Excellent communication and patient care skills
• Current National Police Check
• Full Australian working rights
