About us

We provide interior design services, furnishings, custom curtains, blinds and motorisation, and awnings and retractable roof systems for our clients. We deliver our design contracts using a hands-on personalised approach backed by a history of more than 53 years. Our team of skilled designers specialise in all aspects of interior design as well as providing exterior design services. We provide our services for both residential and commercial projects.

The position

Due to continued growth, we seek to employ a Contract Administrator on a full-time basis. The location is our head office in Drummoyne NSW 2047. Reporting to the Managing Director, the role is to prepare and maintain contracts and to negotiate variations to contracts for our design projects. The duties include:

§Receive and review orders.

§Prepare offer letters and contractual correspondence.

§Negotiate contract terms.

§Develop, review, and negotiate variations to contracts.

§Liaise with architects, engineers, builders, project managers, certifiers,



contractors and clients.

§Manage contract paperwork.

§Review contracts for compliance.

About you

The successful candidate will need to have:

§A degree in contract administration or business management.

§3 years of full-time relevant experience in contract administration or contract management.

§Competent in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

§Understanding of the construction industry and the building code of Australia.

§Proven skills in contracts, communication, compliance, planning, budgeting, problem-solving and decision-making.

§Be well-presented, organised, reliable, have a outstanding work ethic, be a team player and be able to work autonomously.

Remuneration
