Green Light Australia are partnering with a leading company to engage Network Engineers to join a major enterprise technology team supporting large-scale network operations and transformation initiatives. This is a hybrid role based in Sydney, requiring attendance at the Bella Vista office three days per week.
The successful candidate will bring strong technical networking expertise, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and the ability to work within a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure.
- Manage and troubleshoot SD-WAN, routing, switching, and wireless environments.
- Support network performance, availability, and security across multiple sites.
- Configure and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure and associated network services.
- Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and transformation projects.
- Work closely with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve complex network issues.
- Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities.
- Produce technical documentation, network diagrams, and operational procedures.
- Engage effectively with business and technical stakeholders, providing clear communication and regular status updates.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 8-10 years' experience as a Network Engineer in enterprise environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- SD-WAN
- Routing and Switching




- Enterprise Wireless Networks
- Network troubleshooting and support

- Exposure to Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE).
- Strong understanding of network protocols including BGP, OSPF, TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN technologies.
- Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site network environments.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve complex networking issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust stakeholder management and customer-facing capabilities.
