This is an exciting opportunity to join MACG as a Casual Registered Nurse working across a portfolio of four of our southeast Melbourne homes. This role is perfect for an experienced RN who loves variety, values flexibility, and wants to make a genuine difference across multiple care communities.

About the Role:

As a Casual Registered Nurse across our portfolio, you will deliver protected, high quality, person centred nursing care to our residents while providing clinical leadership and support to our Personal Care and Enrolled Nurse teams.

Shift Details:

- Casual — flexible availability
- AM, PM and weekend night shifts available
- Ability to travel to and work across a minimum of 3 of the 4 homes listed above (required)

The Homes:





You will be working across up to four of our homes, we ask that you are able to commit to at least three of the following locations:

- Greenwood Manor Aged Care — Dingley Village
- Cheltenham Manor Aged Care — Cheltenham
- Oaklea Hall Aged Care — Hughesdale
- Carrum Downs Aged Care — Carrum Downs

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive, person centred nursing care including medications, wound care and clinical assessments
- Develop, implement and review individual resident care plans
- Maintain accurate, timely and compliant clinical documentation
- Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses and Personal Care Assistants
- Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals and families
- Manage clinical incidents, risks and quality improvement activities
- Ensure compliance with the Aged Care Quality Standards and NMBA standards

Qualifications & Experience:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Required)
- Minimum 3 years RN experience — aged care experience (Required)
- Ability to travel between homes across southeast Melbourne (Required)
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (Required)

Requirements:

- Current Employment Police Check (Required)
- Australian working rights (Required)
